Shauna Nicholson works exclusively in digital strategy building customer-centric environments. She builds strategies around providing consumer value, marketing tools agnostic. From content strategy to social media, she knows what makes customers click.

Shauna graduated from Ferris State with a BS in Technical and Professional Communication with a Concentration in Multimedia Writing–which makes her a web communications nerd. She has worked in online marketing and digital strategy since 2006.

Shauna is a Michigan-native who loves to travel. She has a lovable dog named Cooper and is raising a Leader Dog named Disco. She loves summer bike rides. And, according to FourSquare, she was last seen here.
